Can I trust a sample I collected myself?
Our standard: we require every analyte to be validated for the collection method before we report it. Anything that fails validation is collected the conventional way; you never see numbers we have not stood behind.
Are you just a front for the pharmacy?
Arora Health and Aesthetics, LLC (the Group) and the providers it engages deliver the clinical care. The Pep Club Inc. is the management company and provides no clinical service. The affiliated compounding pharmacy is separate from both. Physician compensation is hourly or per-consult, never tied to prescription volume, and you can fill anywhere.
Is there actually a doctor, or just an algorithm?
Critical or severe flagged results are routed automatically to a physician for review. Routine results stay in your portal with a protocol-aware AI summary; the physician is on call when something matters.
What if I want a different panel next time?
Every panel is a one-off purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. Order a different tier next time, or nothing at all. Medication subscriptions are separate, and you can cancel one from your portal: no phone tree, no retention questionnaire.
Where are you available?
We launch only in states where the medical group has a licensed physician and our pharmacy partner is licensed. Check the availability map for live states and join the waitlist for the rest.
