Lab panels
Lab panels follow their own state rule. A state where a panel cannot be ordered today shows No lab panels.
Checked when you order
Coverage is checked again when you order, so a state that closes stops taking orders at once. A state that is not open yet takes waitlist sign-ups.
State availability changes as our care network grows. A state shown as Open today may close tomorrow if its coverage changes, and a state shown as Not open yet opens once our care network covers it. Open and Not open yet come from a live check at the time you order.
