The Pep Club expands one license at a time. Clinical care is delivered by Arora Health and Aesthetics, LLC (the Group): once the Group has a physician licensed in your state and our pharmacy partner confirms its license there, the state flips live. Pick yours below.
How coverage works
Two licenses, one footprint.
We only ship a panel to a state when both halves of the care loop are licensed there. That is narrower than most telehealth platforms, and on purpose.

Prescriptions are filled by the affiliated compounding pharmacy that holds a current license in the patient's state. We do not ship across state lines where the pharmacy cannot legally dispense.

Eligibility records your state and checks it against both conditions. If either half is pending we tell you so and add you to that state's waitlist, and ordering a kit or booking a visit stays closed until coverage opens.

State availability changes as physician licensing and pharmacy licensure expand. A state listed as live today may appear gated tomorrow if a licensed physician's status changes; a state listed as waitlist will flip live the moment a licensed physician becomes active and the pharmacy partner's license is confirmed. All changes are driven by a live check of physician licensure and pharmacy licensure at the time you order, not by a hardcoded list.
