How coverage works
Two licenses, one footprint.
We only ship a panel to a state when both halves of the care loop are licensed there. That is narrower than most telehealth platforms, and on purpose.

Prescriptions are filled by the affiliated compounding pharmacy that holds a current license in the patient's state. We do not ship across state lines where the pharmacy cannot legally dispense.

State availability changes as physician licensing and pharmacy licensure expand. A state listed as live today may appear gated tomorrow if a licensed physician's status changes; a state listed as waitlist will flip live the moment a licensed physician becomes active and the pharmacy partner's license is confirmed. All changes are driven by a dynamic check against `physician_licenses` at subscription time, not a hardcoded list.
