Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for The Pep Club subscriptions and compounded-medication prescriptions. Counsel review is ongoing; this page will be updated when the final wording is published.

1.7-day cooling-off period

DRAFT - awaiting counsel review. New subscribers may cancel within 7 days of first signup for a full refund of any subscription fees paid, provided no biomarker kit has shipped and no prescription has been fulfilled.

2.Monthly subscription cancellation

DRAFT - awaiting counsel review. Cancel any time from the in-portal account page. Cancellation stops future billing cycles. The current cycle's biomarker kit (already scheduled or shipped) is not refunded; the patient retains access to results from that cycle.

3.Refund eligibility for unfilled prescriptions

DRAFT - awaiting counsel review. A prescription that has not yet been filled by the pharmacy partner may be cancelled and refunded. Once the pharmacy has begun compounding, the prescription is not refundable (see below).

4.No refunds on fulfilled compounded medications

Compounded medications are prepared per individual prescription and cannot be returned or resold. Once the pharmacy partner has compounded and shipped the prescription, the medication is not refundable. This is standard for compounded preparations and reflects the patient-specific nature of compounded fulfillment.

5.Shipping issues and pharmacy errors

DRAFT - awaiting counsel review. If a shipment is lost in transit, damaged on arrival, or contains a pharmacy error, contact patient support within 48 hours. The pharmacy partner will re-compound and re-ship at no additional cost to the patient.

6.How to request a refund

DRAFT - awaiting counsel review. Email refunds@thepepclub.com (placeholder; routed mailbox to be provisioned by ops). Include the order or subscription reference and a brief description. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
