3.Compounded-product notice
All medications prescribed through The Pep Club are compounded preparations prepared and dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies, including 503A compounding pharmacies, under U.S.-licensed physician supervision. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they reach patients. A compounded preparation is not a generic version of, and is not the same as, any FDA-approved medication. It is prescribed only when a licensed provider decides it is appropriate for you. Compounded prescriptions are filled by state-licensed pharmacies, including 503A compounding pharmacies, in our fulfillment network.
