The Pep Club pairs at-home biomarker panels with U.S.-licensed physicians for personalized compounded-medication consultations and prescriptions. The platform covers the full lifecycle: a lab panel, an at-home collection kit, processing by a CLIA-certified lab, results delivered to the patient portal with protocol-aware interpretation as soon as the lab reports them (abnormal results clearly flagged, critical values escalated to the clinical team for outreach), an asynchronous physician consultation by secure message, a prescription where one is clinically indicated, and fulfillment through accredited compounding pharmacies. All treatments require a physician consultation and prescription. Medications dispensed via The Pep Club are compounded preparations prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under U.S.-licensed physician supervision; compounded medications are not interchangeable with the brand-name medications they may reference.

## How It Works

1. Complete a health assessment and eligibility screening online
2. Order a lab panel. A collection kit ships to your home with a prepaid return label, and you collect the sample yourself
3. A CLIA-certified lab reports results 2 to 3 business days after it receives your sample, and they land in your portal as soon as the lab reports them; abnormal results are clearly flagged, and critical values trigger outreach from the clinical team
4. Request a consultation in your patient portal. Your physician replies by secure message within 1 business day. There is no appointment to schedule and no waiting room
5. If treatment is clinically indicated, your physician writes the prescription and an accredited compounding pharmacy fills and ships it
6. Repeat panels show the trend over time, and your physician adjusts the protocol as the numbers move

## Lab Panels (one-off, priced per panel)

Lab panels are bought one at a time. The tier price buys one panel from that tier, and nothing renews.

- **Core** ($199 per panel): 15 panels for intake, clearance and routine monitoring
- **Expanded** ($249 per panel): 9 panels for deeper workups, plus the weight and GLP-1 intake panels
- **Pro** ($299 per panel): 3 multi-system panels, the complete picture

Monthly testing is the recommended clinical cadence, not a billing cycle: you decide when to order the next panel. Members who keep testing save 5% from three months and 10% from six months onward. Medication subscriptions are billed monthly and separately from lab panels.
