Every Pep Club physician must be MD or DO, board-certified, state-licensed, OIG-clear, and compensated on a basis that is never tied to prescription volume. No physician has completed credentialing yet, so no state is open for clinical service.
Credentialing commitments
Every Pep Club physician meets the same bar.
We do not negotiate these. A physician either meets every commitment below or they do not see Pep Club patients. No physician has cleared them yet.
MD or DO, board-certified
Active state licensure
Physicians are licensed in the state of each patient they see. Every license is tracked against its expiration date and must be verified against the issuing board before that physician sees a patient in that state.
No license has completed that verification yet, which is why no state is open.
DEA registration is required for controlled-substance prescribing workflows where applicable.
OIG-clear, re-screened weekly
Every physician is cross-checked against the OIG List of Excluded Individuals and Entities at onboarding and again weekly, on an automated cron.
Anti-Kickback Statute safe compensation
Compensation is hourly or per-consult. It is never tied to prescription volume, product mix, or pharmacy routing, and our database will not record any other arrangement. A signed clinical compensation agreement is required before a physician sees a Pep Club patient.
Scoped to our care model
Physicians follow up on critical results, direct telehealth visits, and author protocol adjustments inside the Pep Club portal. The portal encodes the consent, SLA, and documentation standards every visit must meet.
Published in your portal
When a physician reviews your result or sees you for a visit, their name, credentials, and licensed states are visible inside your portal.

Compensation transparency. Pep Club physicians are compensated hourly or per-consult, never on prescription volume or pharmacy routing. Clinical services are delivered by Arora Health and Aesthetics, LLC (the Group) and the providers the Group engages. The Pep Club Inc. is the management services organization: it provides no clinical service. No physician has completed credentialing with the Group yet, so no state is open for clinical service.
