Our pharmacies
One affiliated pharmacy. Fully disclosed.
We intend to work with a single affiliated compounding pharmacy and to disclose that relationship in full. No pharmacy is under contract today. The entities, the intended structure, and your right to choose another pharmacy are all disclosed here.

Our pharmacy partner
A single affiliated pharmacy, disclosed in full.
We believe one material relationship is easier to audit than five. We intend to work with a single affiliated compounding pharmacy and to disclose that relationship in full here. No pharmacy is under contract today, so no prescription can be filled through the Platform.
Affiliated compounding pharmacy: none yet
No pharmacy is under contract yet
Compounding specialty
We are seeking a 503A compounding pharmacy for patient-specific prescriptions. Nothing is contracted and nothing is being dispensed.
Inspection and BAA
No pharmacy Business Associate Agreement is executed, because no pharmacy is under contract. The current status is available to patients on request through the compliance contact below.
The commercial relationship
How the management company, the medical group, and the pharmacy fit together.
The Pep Club runs on the standard split for healthcare software: a management services organization on one side, a separately owned medical group on the other, and an affiliated compounding pharmacy separate from both. Knowing how these entities connect should be straightforward for patients.
Separate entities by design
The Pep Club Inc. is the management services organization. It does not practice medicine: it provides technology, marketing, payment, and administrative support.
Arora Health and Aesthetics, LLC (the Group) is the separately owned professional entity. The Group and the providers it engages deliver the clinical services offered through the Platform, and the clinical decisions are theirs alone.
No prescription is written through the Platform in a state until a Group provider is licensed there and an affiliated pharmacy holds a verified active license there. The current footprint is in the state-footprint note below.
No volume-based compensation
Physicians are compensated hourly or per-consult. Compensation is never tied to the volume of prescriptions written or to routing a prescription to any specific pharmacy.
Your right to choose a pharmacy
Any prescription written by a Pep Club physician can be filled at a pharmacy of your choosing. That right does not change when we contract an affiliated pharmacy, and it is never conditioned on using ours.
Disclosed before any prescription
The pharmacy relationship and your right to fill elsewhere are disclosed to you in a pharmacy disclosure you must sign before a physician can write a prescription. The same language lives on this page so you can read it before signing up.
Transparency should be the baseline.
We publish every material relationship in our care model. If you need more detail than this page provides, we welcome the question.
