The Pep Club pairs licensed clinicians with patients on TRT, peptide, GLP-1, and longevity protocols - backed by repeat labs and state-licensed compounding pharmacies. You provide the medical judgment; we handle the workflow.
Paid for your time. Never for prescriptions.
Compensation is hourly, per-consult, or salaried - full stop. It is never tied to prescription volume, and we will put that in writing. Clinical care is delivered by Arora Health (the Group) and the providers the Group engages. The Pep Club Inc. is the management services organization: it provides technology, marketing, payment, and administrative support, and no clinical service. That separation is what keeps your medical decisions yours, and keeps the arrangement squarely Anti-Kickback-Statute compliant.
You retain full discretion to prescribe or decline. Every clinical interpretation flows through you.

You read a structured intake and a LOINC-coded lab panel - not a wall of scanned PDFs. Telehealth visits happen only when a marker actually needs your eyes.

Repeat at-home biomarker panels and fulfillment by state-licensed pharmacies, including 503A compounding pharmacies. You see the same patient panel after panel.
Practice where you are licensed
Patients are routed only to states where you hold an active license. We add states as clinicians join - tell us everywhere you are licensed and we grow into it.
