The Pep Club connects patients with U.S.-licensed physicians who determine treatment eligibility based on medical history; providers retain full discretion to prescribe or decline. We do not manufacture medications. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies, including 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they reach patients. A compounded preparation is not a generic version of, and is not the same as, any FDA-approved medication. It is prescribed only when a licensed provider decides it is appropriate for you. Actual product appearance and labeling may differ from website images. The website eligibility assessment does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. Results vary by individual and depend on adherence, provider guidance, and lifestyle factors. Consultations, when offered, are limited to states where a licensed provider and a pharmacy in our fulfillment network both hold a verified active license. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
